Put onion and garlic. Vegetables finely chopped, add to onions and simmer for 5 minutes.
Garnish with a string and add to the soup. Add salt, ginger and mix.
Pour hot water and cook until the vegetables are ready 10 - 15 minutes.
Then get the greens and blend the soup with a blender.
Add sour cream and stirring, bring the soup to a boil.
